Wow, This has actually gone to a page 3 and is looking like a page 4!
I'll take "Now What's Broken" for $300 Alex ...
So today we have either fixed, replaced, or othewise repaired the following:
- Light in kitchen,
- roof leak,
- A/c fiasco,
- header wallz,
- drainage issues,
- plumbing potholes,
- elctrical extrication,
- light in bathroom,
- Light in master bath,
- crack in fireplace wall,
- "Unsettled" patios,
- range top troubles,
- wrong room sizes?,
- back bath shower leak (this was a joy to find out about),
- sink sillyness (leaking gaskets and putty problems
- Oh yeah and the infamous screwy electrical wiring!
